While having a great seafood dinner at a Sausalito waterside restaurant with my good traveling friends, a sailboat sailed by the window.
Mariposa Grove is the rarified forest of redwood trees found just south of Yosemite. Giant redwoods intermixed with other local perenniel trees to give a wonderful aroma and feel in the mountain air.
